Faces One explores the many sides of personality and identity through a playful arrangement of overlapping faces and exaggerated features. Inspired by Cubism, the composition breaks apart traditional portraiture, allowing multiple perspectives to coexist within a single figure.
Sweeping curves, bold black outlines, and unexpected combinations of orange, yellow, blue, and green give the piece a vibrant energy. Each face carries its own expression and attitude, while the fractured geometric background adds depth and movement without competing with the figures.
Faces One reflects my fascination with taking something as familiar as the human face and pushing it beyond the boundaries of nature. The result is a colorful, slightly surreal portrait that celebrates individuality and the complexity of the personalities we carry within us.
