Returns & Refunds

At Willeigh, every piece of artwork is created with care. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and confident when ordering original artwork or fine art prints.

Fine Art Prints

All Willeigh fine art prints are produced to order specifically for each customer. Because each print is made upon purchase, all print sales are final, except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me at brian@willeigh.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund when appropriate.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works of art. All original artwork sales are final, unless the artwork arrives damaged or is materially different from its description.

If an original arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be addressed.

Order Cancellations

Because fine art prints are produced specifically for each order, cancellations may only be accommodated before production begins.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. These may be needed to process a replacement or shipping claim.

Please do not return damaged artwork without contacting me first.
